Don't Skip Manila is a passion project that aims to (re)tell the story of the City of Manila through city explorations, excursions and walking tours.We try to narrate the story of Manila and Philippine history and heritage using the city's cultural treasures as our visual aid. Our walking tour programs are in storytelling approach and not the usual fast-paced, picture-taking city tours.

Intramuros: The Walled City
Wartime Manila: Intramuros
Tour Duration: 2.5 hours
This tour explores the historic streets of Intramuros that bore witness to the fierce events of the Battle of Manila 1945. It commemorates a haunting chapter in our nation’s past, delving into the wartime memories and survivor accounts etched into evert street corner and adobe walls of this historic enclave.
Rizal's Intramuros
Tour Duration: 2.5 hours
Jose Rizal's adult years were largely centered around Intramuros. He pursued secondary education at the Ateneo Municipal de Manila, engaged in private lessons at Sta. Isabel College, and pursued medical studies at UST. Notably, he spent his final days in Fort Santiago before facing execution at Bagumbayan Field. This tour invites you to explore Rizal's Intramuros, visiting his former schools and retracing his footsteps.

Terms and Conditions
All booking with Don't Skip Manila (DSM) will be in these following Terms and Conditions. By making a booking, the person responsible for the reservation is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all guests joining the tour. Any modifications to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and authorized by the tour outfit.
Booking
Advance booking and payment are required for all tours. Walk-in guests are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made with DSM staff. If you encounter any difficulties while booking online, don't hesitate to contact (+63 916-916-5580), and we will gladly assist you with the booking process.Confirmation
Upon sending the tour request, an email confirmation will be sent. This email includes the tour information, tour date, meeting point and other tour information. Unless otherwise agreed, a reservation fee is necessary to secure the requested tour slot.Assembly Time
Clients are requested to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled tour start time. If you require assistance in locating the meeting point, please contact the number provided in the communication email, and we will make every effort to assist you. However, it is the clients ultimate responsibility to arrive at the meeting point on time. The operator bears no responsibility for any failure to reach the tour meeting point on time.Weather Conditions
Our tours operate rain or shine, and we advise you to check the weather forecast and plan your attire accordingly. However, in cases of extreme weather, road closures, or unforeseen events, tours may be rescheduled. Please note that tours are automatically canceled if the weather bureau of the Philippines issues an Orange or Red rainfall warning signal. Any cancellations will be promptly communicated through email and text messages.Tour Cancellation, Date Changes and No Shows
Changes to the tour date and other amendments after the tour deposit must be requested at least three (3) days before the scheduled tour. In such cases, if the amendment is feasible, the group can reschedule at no additional cost.If the client cancels the tour, we should be notified at least three (3) days in advance. Tours canceled less than (3) days forfeit the deposit, but we will do our best to reschedule at our convenience as a courtesy.Refund Policies
The client may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances: (1) if the client cancels the tour at least five (5) days in advance, or (2) if DSM cancels the tour due to force majeure events.Clients who do not arrive for the tour without prior notice are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds.Refunds will be processed in a timely manner, typically within seven (7) business days, using the same payment method employed for booking. However, it is important to note that an administrative fee and any expenses incurred in connection with the booking may be deducted from the refund amount.Photographs and Documentation
We reserve the right to capture photographic, video, or film records during our tours, including images of guests, for promotional and commercial purposes unless otherwise instructed by the guest.Safety
Ultimately, you are responsible for your safety and that of your party while participating in our walking tours. It is essential that you are physically fit and well-prepared to take part in our tours.Liability Disclaimer
Don’t Skip Manila assumes no liability for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, whether directly or indirectly related to any aspect of our services. This includes but is not limited to acts of co-travelers, suppliers, natural factors, hazards, delays, cancellations, incidents related to sea or weather conditions, health issues before, during, or after the tour, encounters with animals, food allergies, food poisoning, fire, equipment malfunctions, actions of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto changes, volcanic eruptions, landslides, wars (declared or undeclared), hostilities, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays, cancellations, changes in tour schedules, or any other causes beyond the control of Don’t Skip Manila Walking Tours.Assumption of Risk
By selecting our services, you voluntarily assume all the risks associated with such travel, whether they are expected or unexpected.Acceptance and Parental Consent
Taking part in the tour constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein. If a person under 18 years old participates in the tours, it indicates that a parent or legal guardian has also read and consented to this waiver.
